As an Account Lead, you’ll be the key driver of client success, managing relationships and ensuring that Jamah’s D2C clients achieve their business goals. We’re looking for someone who’s proactive, collaborative, and passionate about growth.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Identify client needs and align them with Jamah's services
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Develop growth opportunities within existing accounts
Qualifications
- Proven experience in account management or customer success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience with CRM tools and data-driven decision-making
- Bonus: Background in D2C or SaaS is a plus
